Purchases and subscription
- Restore a purchase
- In the app, Settings › Subscription › Restore Purchases, with the Apple ID you bought with.
- Cancel the subscription
- iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions › voqira › Cancel Subscription. It stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Ask for a refund
- Refunds are handled by Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and pick the purchase.
Keyboard
- Add the keyboard
- iOS Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards › Add New Keyboard › voqira, then turn on Full Access. In the app, the Keyboard tab guides you step by step.
- The mic doesn’t start
- Open voqira once: the keyboard uses the app to listen. Also check the microphone is allowed in Settings › voqira.
- Switch to voqira
- Touch and hold the globe at the bottom left of the keyboard and pick voqira.
Transcription and models
- The model download is stuck
- You need Wi‑Fi and about 2 GB free. Keep the app open for a few minutes; the download resumes where it stopped.
- Wrong language
- In Settings › Language, pick the languages you speak. The first one is the main one.
- Wrong words
- Uncertain words are underlined: tap them to fix them. You can also try another model in Settings › Models.
Data and archive
- Where the files are
- Files app › On My iPhone › voqira, or the Obsidian folder chosen in Settings › Recordings Folder.
- Get recordings back
- If you turned on the iCloud Drive copy: Settings › Recordings Folder › Restore from iCloud.
- Delete everything
- Delete the app. If you use the iCloud Drive copy, also delete the voqira folder in Files › iCloud Drive.
